Licensing and inspections
Both Wasaga Beach and The Blue Mountains license short-term accommodations, and Wasaga's 2026 by-law includes inspections. Clearing out clutter and blocked spaces before an inspection is a common reason owners call. We don't do inspections or advise on compliance; check the requirements with your municipality.

Yes. Add their name and number to the form and the pickup can be arranged directly with them.
Can you work between guest stays?
Tell us the check-out and check-in times and the pickup will be scheduled inside that window when possible.
Do you offer recurring pickups?
Ask about it. Owners with several units sometimes book a regular clear-out at the end of each season.
