What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form (name, phone, town, a description of the job, and optionally email and a photo), plus basic information about how you found the site, such as the page you submitted from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request: contacting you about the job, preparing a quote, and arranging the pickup. To complete the job we share the relevant details with the junk removal crew doing the work. We do not sell your information.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and our customer management system. Phone calls to the number on this site may be recorded or logged for quality and follow-up.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us at the phone number on this website.
