Junk Removal in Wasaga Beach
From a single couch to a full cottage clear-out, we haul it away so you don't have to load a trailer or find a drop-off.
- Price before we lift
- Photo quotes
- We do the carrying
- No bin rental needed
No drop-off in town means more driving for DIY
The County of Simcoe's list of waste drop-off sites doesn't include one inside Wasaga Beach. The nearest are the Collingwood Waste Drop-off on 10th Line and the Nottawasaga site on County Road 64 near Stayner, both open Monday to Saturday, 8:30 to 4:30. For a few bulky items, a pickup usually beats borrowing a truck and losing half a Saturday.
Cottages and short-term rentals
A lot of Wasaga Beach properties are seasonal or rented by the week. That creates a particular kind of junk: worn-out patio and deck furniture, sun-faded bunkie mattresses, beds swapped out between seasons, and whatever the last guests left behind.
The Town now licenses short-term accommodations under a 2026 by-law, with inspections as part of the process. If you're getting a rental ready for inspection or a new season, we can clear out the old furniture and clutter in one visit. Owners who live out of town can book by phone and send photos; you don't need to be on site if someone can let the crew in. More on cottage and rental cleanouts.
Year-round homes too
Plenty of our Wasaga Beach calls are from people who live here full-time: downsizing to a smaller place, clearing a parent's home, or finally emptying the garage. For bigger jobs see estate and downsizing cleanouts and garage and basement cleanouts.

Frequently asked questions
Do you service all of Wasaga Beach?
Yes, from the east end of town to the west end toward Collingwood, including properties along the beach.
Can you clear a cottage while I'm not there?
Yes, as long as someone can provide access. Send photos and instructions on what stays and what goes, and confirm the price before the pickup.
Where does the junk go?
Usable items can be set aside for donation on request, metal and electronics are separated for recycling, and the rest goes to a licensed disposal site.
